Expected Merchandise Form (pdf) - Designers fill out this form after placing an order that is to be delivered to our warehouse. Having this form speeds up our processing and inspection time. We also recommend requesting that the manufacturer sidemark and tag the pieces with your name and the name of your client as well. Having shipments addressed to your name or your company's name with our address is also helpful.

 

Designer Contract - Please call us at 614-771-9799 if you are a designer and plan to use us to receive and deliver more frequently. We can email you our contract.
